Shipping Policy for Adilakshmi Toys
- Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
- Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
- Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order using the tracking number provided.
- Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within India. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders may vary.
- Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at adilakshmitoys@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
- Wrong Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
- Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
- Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returns.
